A huge fire broke out on the Second Gyeongin Expressway near Seoul at about 1:49 p.m. Thursday, killing at least five people and injuring nearly 40. The fire started from a forklift truck on the express way tunnel. The fire quickly spread to the plastic material that was used to cover the expressway to prevent noise from road traffic to disrupt the surrounding building.
