Dawn delivery platform Oasis Market passes review for Kosdaq listing

South Korea’s fresh food delivery platform Oasis Market passed a preliminary review for its Kosdaq listing. The firm, founded in 2011 for offline sales, launched an early morning delivery service in 2018. It applied for a review with the Korea Exchange in September after selecting NH Investment & Securities Co. and Korea Investment & Securities Co. as lead managers of its initial public offering. Typically, a company needs to complete its listing within six months of receiving a preliminary approval from the exchange.
