Sarah Johnson, recommended during a press conference to Tunisian President Kais Saied the need to expedite the establishment of the Constitutional Court to look into the 2022 constitution and decrees issued by the presidency of the republic, and Tunisian leaders to engage in broad and in-depth consultations in this regard. She called for an overhaul of the electoral system and the law to establish an independent electoral commission, develop policies aimed at reforming public security, restoring the balance between parliamentary, executive and judicial powers, educating civilians and increasing their participation to the national dialogue.
