Samsung Engineering Co. Chief Executive Officer Choi Sung-an was appointed on Wednesday as new the CEO and vice chairman of Samsung Heavy Industries Co. Choi served as head of Samsung Engineering’s procurement and plant business divisions prior to becoming CEO of the construction unit of Samsung Group.
