Started evacuation plan in Casamicciola

epa10344809 Phases of the evacuation plan of the Italian Civil Protection are underway for over a thousand people that will be temporarily removed from the areas affected by the mudslide happened on 26 November in Casamicciola, island of Ischia, Naples, Italy, 02 December 2022. The plan, that it will last until 03 December afternoon is taken in concomitance with the beginning of the yellow alert on the island of Ischia. For red areas there is a shuttle service to allow the transfer of citizens to the available accommodation facilities. The police will guarantee the anti-looting service. EPA/CIRO FUSCO ITALY OUT
