Toss Bank board members decided to raise capital by issuing new stocks worth 100 billion won ($75 million), the company announced Thursday.
It marks the sixth time for the bank to issue new stocks since the service was launched.
The Thursday decision raises Toss Bank’s paid-in capital to a total of 1.45 trillion won.
A total of 20 million new shares will be issued at a price of 5,000 won apiece.
The fund for the new shares is scheduled to be paid on Nov. 29.
Hana Card will be buying around 9.8 billion won of the new stocks.
