Lee Soon-kyu, former country head and managing director of here.com Korea, has been appointed as the new divisional director of Legoland Korea Resort, the company said Tuesday.
here.com Korea is a hearing care company based in Florida.
Lee will assume his position at the resort starting Tuesday.
He worked as the managing director of here.com Korea and the country manager of Redbull Korea prior to becoming the next divisional director of the resort company.
Lee also served as the regional director of sales and marketing in the Asia Pacific region for over two years at Merlin Entertainments, which owns Legoland Korea Resort.
Merlin Entertainments, a British company headquartered in Poole England, operates over 130 attraction facilities in 25 different countries.
"I am excited to join Legoland Korea Resort, the country's first global theme park that is loved by both children and families," Lee said in a statement.
"I will make sure to satisfy more customers by preparing new attractions and events."
Legoland Korea Resort opened in Gangwon in May this year.
