Star producer Na Young-seok is creating a new food-related reality program that will take place abroad, according to cable channel tvN on Thursday.
"The show is still in its beginning stages of planning, so the specifics such as the title of the show and the air date have not been cemented," tvN told local reporters.
The news of Na's new reality show follow rumors that tvN will begin shooting a new season of "Youn's Kitchen" in December.
"Youn's Kitchen" (2017-18) is a reality show revolving around Oscar-winning actor Youn Yuh-jung who opens a restaurant in a different country each season and is joined by a host of other celebrities who help her to run it.
Last year, tvN aired a spin-off series of "Youn's Kitchen" titled "Youn's Stay" where Youn and actors Lee Seo-jin, Jung Yu-mi, Park Seo-joon and Choi Woo-shik operated a guesthouse for foreigners in Korea.
Both "Youn's Kitchen" and "Youn's Stay" are produced by Na.
Na is best known for producing hit reality shows “1 Night 2 Days” during its early years, “Grandpas Over Flowers” (2013-18) and “Three Meals a Day” (2020) among many others.
