The coastal protection work of Cartagena Colombia advances

These works are vital to mitigate the impact of coastal erosion and flooding that currently affect the city, and which as of today are 24.8 percent complete with more than 124 thousand cubic meters of rock installed. Coastal protection is advancing in its phase I component, the length is 7.2 kilometers, and is valued at a cost of about 37,210 million dollars and should be completed in June 2023.
