Boy band Tomorrow X Together will release its third Japanese single “Good Boy Gone Bad” on Aug. 31.
The boy band’s label Bighit Music said Wednesday that the upcoming single consists of the Japanese version of “Good Boy Gone Bad,” the lead track of the fourth EP “minisode 2: Thursday’s Child” and two new songs, one written by the band members for their Japanese fans and the other written by Japanese singer-songwriter Takaya Kawasaki.
The boy band made its Japanese debut in January 2020 by releasing its first Japanese single, “Magic Hour.” In August of the same year, it released a second single, “Drama.” In January 2021, it released its first full-length album “Still Dreaming,” followed by its first EP “Chaotic Wonderland” last November.
Tomorrow X Together will also be holding their first in-person concert in Japan in September. Titled “Act: Lovesick in Japan,” the band will perform four times. The band will first take to the stage on Sept. 3 to 4 at Osaka’s Arena Maishima and on Sept. 7 to 8 at Chiba Makuhari Event Hall.
The Japanese concerts are part of the band’s world tour which begins in Seoul on July 2. The band is expected to perform in many cities in the United States including Chicago, New York, Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, San Francisco and Los Angeles. They will also be performing in countries such as Indonesia, the Philippines, Taiwan and Thailand.
Tomorrow X Together debuted in March 2019 and has five members: Yeonjun, Soobin, Beomgyu, Taehyun and Hueningkai.
