Try Everything, Seoul-based forum for startups, this year runs Sep. 21~23

Try Everything 2022 contributing to networking of promising startups and venture capitalists will be held at Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP) in Seoul for three days from Sep. 21 to 23.

The event in its third year is co-hosted by Maekyung Media Group and Seoul Metropolitan Government.

The first two events, held online and offline despite the pandemic, drew 1,434 prospective startups from 21 countries, including the United States, Canada, Britain, and France.

American computer scientist and Alphabet Chairman John Hennessy, Scanline VHX founder Stephan Trojansky, the Futurist Institute Chairman Jason Schenker, former U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, Alibaba co-founder Jack Ma, and Netflix co-founder Marc Randolph were among the speakers to share their experience with startups.

This year, the annual conference will have various programs where startup operators can meet up with medium-sized and large firms, pitch for investor relations, and learn startup trends through meetings with global firms, investment firms, and unicorn firms.

For meeting opportunities, startups can apply through the Try Everything site The last two events arranged 3,411 meetings, leading to investment deals worth over 57.5 billion won ($44.3 million). Various programs will run from July 1 to Sep. 30. For the three-day main conference, 30 programs are available for startup, global firms and venture capitalists for business cooperation and networking.
