Korea’s largest fried chicken brand BBQ under Genesis BBQ ranked second among the 25 fastest-growing restaurant chains in America, in a survey of Nation’s Restaurant News, an American publication covering the foodservice industry since its foundation in 1967. The Korean chicken chain climbed three notches up from the previous year, backed by its tastes customized for Americans. It has 250 chain stores in 19 states of the U.S., including New Jersey, California, and Texas, and Canada.
