Lotte Tour Development's equity capital up 4.5 times on Jeju Dream Tower location price jump

Lotte Tour Development’s equity capital would stretch 4.5 times to 417 billion won ($323 million) after its board on Monday approved a plan to reflect the revaluation of its stake in the land on which its 38-stiry leisure town Jeju Dream Tower sits in financial statement in the first half of 2022 as part of its financial restructuring. The land stake, which was previously worth 104.7 billion won, was revaluated at 568 billion won.
