Avikus succeeds in world's first transoceanic autonomous voyage of LNG vessel

Avikus under HD Hyundai has successfully demonstrated a fully autonomous navigation of Prism Courage, an ultra-large LNG carrier for 180,000 cubic meters of gas, with SK Shipping across the ocean for the first time in the world. The carrier departed from the Freeport of the Gulf of Mexico, passed through the Panama Canal and arrived at the Boryeong LNG Terminal in Korea after 33 days of voyage using Avikus’ autonomous navigation solution HiNAS 2.0.
