One day before meeting President Joe Biden, boy band BTS is enjoying free time stateside with no official schedules.

The members uploaded pictures on their social media from an indoor skydiving facility and golf courses.

Six of the seven members of the group, excluding Jungkook, arrived at the Washington Dulles International Airport on Sunday. Jungkook left Korea one day prior and had been staying in New York. He is expected to reconvene with the members in Washington on Wednesday.

BTS is slated to meet President Biden after midnight on June 1, local time, to discuss the growing anti-Asian hate crimes and discrimination.

May is Asian American and Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander (AANHPI) Heritage Month.

On May 26, the White House said through a press release that “global K-pop phenomenon and Grammy-nominated musical group from the Republic of Korea BTS […] will join President Biden to discuss Asian inclusion and representation and to address anti-Asian hate crimes and discrimination which have become more prominent issues in recent years.” Upon meeting, the band will “discuss the importance of diversity and inclusion,” the press release reads, as it is “youth ambassadors who spread a message of hope and positivity across the world.”
