Singer Kim Jae-hwan, a former member of now-disbanded boy band Wanna One, is set to drop new single “Snail” on June 5, Swing Entertainment said Friday.
According to his agency, “Snail” is about hoping to be a good person to a significant other, while taking things slow “like a snail.”
Kim debuted in 2017 as a member of Wanna One, after competing in the second season of Mnet’s popular survival show “Produce 101” the same year. He finished in fourth place. After Wanna One disbanded in 2019, Kim continued to release music as a soloist, starting with the EP “Another” (2019).
He has released songs like “Begin Again” (2019), “Goodbye” (2020) and “Burned All Black” (2021).
