Tomorrow X Together's new EP "minisode 2: Thursday's Child" topped Worldwide iTunes' Top Album Chart as well as iTunes charts in 43 regions as of Tuesday morning, according to the group's agency Big Hit Entertainment.
Landing No. 2 on in the United States and Canada, the band proved its strong popularity in North America as well.
The EP's title track "Good Boy Gone Bad" topped the iTunes charts of 19 countries, and its music video recorded over 5 million views within 12 hours of its release on YouTube.
“Good Boy Gone Bad” tells the story of “a boy who has experienced his first love and first heartbreak” and “the complex emotions he feels,” according to the band’s leader Soobin. The concept is a shift from the pure, fresh image Tomorrow X Together is known for.
The band’s fourth EP titled “minisode 2: Thursday's Child,” dropped at 6 p.m. on Monday.
Tomorrow X Together debuted in March 2019 with its EP “The Dream Chapter: Star” and has five members: Yeonjun, Soobin, Beomgyu, Taehyun and Hueningkai.
