Bolivia began the commemorative acts for the 143 years of loss of its coastline, after the 'War of the Pacific' with Chile that ended in 1884, with the transfer of the remains of the hero Eduardo Abaroa to a square of the same name in La Paz and ratifying its 'commitment' to regain sovereign access to the sea.
