Seoul court sides with Hahn & Co. to stop Namyang Dairy's stake sale to Dayou Winia

The Seoul Central District Court has sided with private equity firm Hahn & Co. and granted the injunction to stop Namyang Dairy Products from selling a controlling stake to Dayou Winia Group. Hahn & Co. filed for a court injunction in protest to the nullification of earlier deal in December last year. Upon the order, Namyang and Dayou are not allowed to proceed with additional rounds of negotiation. Namyang and its employees cannot provide data and information about the company, and Dayou also cannot engage in management of the dairy maker.
