SKC Co., the chemical unit of Korean conglomerate SK Group, completed investment in UK silicon anode firm Nexeon Limited with the goal of starting mass production of silicon anode material in 2024. Silicon anode material is widely regarded as one of the most promising materials in the EV battery for enhanced mileage and charging speed of the secondary battery.
