SK Networks invests $20 mn in US alternative leather maker MycoWorks

South Korea’s SK Networks Co. announced a $20 million investment in U.S. biotech startup MycoWorks specializing in alternative leather production in its $126 million worth series C funding for technology development and market expansion. The two signed a separate deal to cooperate on facility ramp-up, establishment of sales network and development of new materials.
