South Korea’s SK Geo Centric Co. has signed a contract with U.S. plastic recycling company Purecycle Technologies Inc. to build Asia’s first recycled polypropylene production plant with an annual capacity of 60,000 tons in Ulsan, Korea. Construction starts within the year for completion in 2024.
