South Korea’s leading LED maker Seoul Semiconductor Co.’s annual sales for 2021 hits an all-time high of 1.3 trillion won ($1 billion), up 12.8% from 2020 despite the production cut from global chip shortages and the 40% on-year gain in LCD panel sale prices, according to its preliminary sales report to a regulatory filing on Monday. Sales for Q4 ended December last year recorded 313 billion won. Detailed earnings and Q1/22 sales guidance will be announced in early February.
