Shopee 'til you drop! Get ready for 'Shopee 11.11 Big Sale 2021' Invites users to support local communities and spread joy

By introducing new initiatives to inspire consumers, such as 5 million special welcome gifts for new users, Shopee will encourage more people to sign up and experience the benefits of e-commerce. The initiatives include the chance to win bigger prizes such as Shopee Coins, a car or even a house! New users will get a special discount of up to 1,111 baht when they pay their bills with ShopeePay, whereas existing customers will have a chance to get 40% Shopee Coins Cash Back when they top up their mobile phone with ShopeePay.
≤ Shopee Ruam-Jai Fight Covid
Shopee’s commitment to the community reaches even further, with the CSR campaign ‘Shopee Ruam-Jai Fight Covid’ to support Thais impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic with big name celebrities from the Shopee Celebrity Club, together with leading brand partners on Shopee Mall.
“In line with our mission to improve the quality of life of people through technology and return happiness to society, Shopee has carried out various CSR activities over the years. In particular, during the pandemic where many parties have been facing hardships and challenges, Shopee commits to stand by everyone’s side through the ‘Shopee Ruam-Jai Fight Covid’ project, in partnership with its network members who share the same mission to create a bigger impact and give back to society.”
Through Shopee, donations will be passed on to more than 30 charities and foundations throughout Thailand to support the wider community.

Goods Donation: Brand Partners join forces to create ‘Kong Ruam-Jai’ comprising essential items such as alcohol gel from Dettol, bathroom cleaner from Harpic, shampoo from Johnson and Johnson, and food & beverage from Panomrung, Sealect, Aura, Ovaltine, Wai Wai, Monori and M-Milk. Users can choose to donate Kong Ruam-Jai to Zendai and Food for Fighters non-profit organisations via Shopee’s specially created ‘ShopeeTogether for Donation’ official store.
Brand Donation: For every purchase via participating Shopee Mall partners such as Gunpla Village, Skyworth, Smarthome and ADDA Footwear, the brands will contribute 11 baht to selected foundations and charities.
E-Donation: Users can purchase e-donation coupons from official stores for selected foundations and charitable organisations via Shopee’s platform.
Charity Concert: Shopee takes donation to another level through its online Shopee Live, where stars will performance to spread happiness and give back to society.
Shoppers can also make donations via ‘ShopeePay’ on both Shopee and ShopeePay platforms.
“We believe that with the unity of all parties, we can bring back smiles for Thais, and Shopee is so ready to be the connection by leveraging technology on our platform to gather encouragement from all sectors and be a medium of generosity where everyone can take part in helping society so that we all can get through this together,” Suchaya concluded.
