All electric brands Ioniq 5 of Hyundai Motor and EV6 of Kia sold a combined 50,589 units globally as of the end of September, a milestone in five months. Hyundai Ioniq 5, the first in the EV lineup running on Hyundai Motor Group’s proprietary engine platform E-GMP, sold 15,467 units at home and exported 23,050 units since the launch in April. Kia EV6 sold 4,564 units in Korea and shipped out 7,508 units to overseas since the launched in August.
