Seoul to toughen guidelines on foreign residential lease biz

The Korean government will tighten guidelines on foreign residents registering for housing lease business operators in the country.. A revised rule to be effective after Dec. 1 requires foreign housing lease business operators to add their visa and sojourn status when they submit a registration application to contain illicit speculative business.
