The South Korean government is planning to stop Covid-19 relief program of subsidizing airliners and travel agencies in job retention program from next month. The sun-setting in government support has budget carriers panicky as international air demand is still far from normal. Employers could lose employees if they place them unpaid leave at 50 percent of their salary if the subsidy program ends.
