Moon salutes Korean entrepreneurs on global stage "economic diplomats"

South Korean President Moon Jae-in called Korean-born business leaders working abroad “economic diplomats” who have broadened the horizons of the Korean economy in show of “deep respect and gratitude” for their venture into the global market despite many difficulties and contributing to developing overseas Korean communities. Moon’s congratulatory address to the Korean national entrepreneurs was read out by Kim Sung-gon, the chief director of the Overseas Koreans Foundation (OKF), at the 19th World Korean Business Convention which kicked off on Tuesday at Lotte Hotel World in Seoul.
