aespa's "Savage" topped Billboard's World Albums chart this week. The girl group's latest EP was also No. 1 on Billboard's Independent Albums chart.
"Savage," aespa's first physical-format offering, was released Oct. 5.
SM Entertainment said the four-member girl group has done exceptionally well, reaching No. 20 on the Billboard 200 chart this week, which is the highest charting for a K-pop girl group's first physical release.
The EP has been topping local music charts and has received a number of awards.
aespa is SM Entertainment's first girl group since Black Velvet debuted in 2014.
