Barista from Korea's homegrown coffee chain Ediya named best beverage creator at GCC

Park Eun-bin, beverage development researcher at South Korea’s homegrown coffee chain Ediya Coffee, on Sunday won gold medal in Beverage Creator category at Global Coffee Championship (GCC) hosted by global beverage training institute Global Coffee School, where hundreds of contenders from 20 countries including the U.S. and Australia compete to win medals in three categories that also include Techno Roasting and Techno Bartender. Park won with her Refreshing Kombu drink that blends kombucha with peach, grapefruit, and berry flavors and also drew attention with an espresso drink Fill-up Chocolat that adds chocolate nuts and orange flavor to espresso.
