SNU to open new combined major undergraduate course on AI, 6G and new tech

Seoul National University will open a new undergraduate program called intelligent communication combined majors to nurture talents for the future industries including next-generation 6G network, virtual reality and autonomous driving. The university will pick 25 freshmen students from October 1-8 and begin the program in March next year. It is a combined course joined by five schools, eight departments and 20 professors to allow students to explore multiple academic fields. It will be placed under the information and communication engineering department.
