Boy band NCT 127’s third full-length album “Sticker” topped Japan’s Oricon weekly album chart, according to SM Entertainment on Tuesday.
This is NCT 127’s second time topping the Oricon weekly album chart, following its Japanese EP “Loveholic” released in February.
The album dropped on Sept. 17 and also ranked No. 3 on Billboard’s album chart last week — the highest spot reached by a K-pop album this year. It also entered Britain’s Official Albums Chart at 40th place.
NCT 127 debuted in 2016 as a subunit of the 23-member boy band NCT. It is best known for songs “Firetruck” (2016), “Cherry Bomb” (2017), “Simon Says” (2018) and "Kick It" (2020).
