S. Korean researchers develop technology for free-form foldable QLED display

South Korea’s Institute for Basic Science (IBS) said on Monday its research team has developed a selective laser etching technology to implement a freely foldable quantum dot light-emitting diode (QLED) display that can be folded in and out multiple times like origami while maintaining brightness of each pixel.
