HLB Group to put Covid-19 vaccine distributor G-TreeBNT under its arms

South Korea’s HLB Group will acquire 40 billion won ($34.1 million) worth of third-party rights offerings and 50 billion won convertible bonds from G-treeBNT to become a new owner of the local distributor of novel drugs and Covid-19 vaccines from AstraZeneca, Janssen and Pfizer, HLB said in a regulatory filing on Monday. Six HLB Group companies, including HLB, Next Science, HLB Pharm, HLB Cell, and HLB Investment, will participate in the capital increase.
