TDCX Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering

SINGAPORE -- Businesswire -- 8 September 2021 -- TDCX Inc. (“TDCX” or the “Company”), a high-growth digital customer experience solutions provider for innovative technology and blue-chip companies, today announced that it has filed a Registration Statement on Form F-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in connection with the proposed initial public offering (“IPO”) of American Depositary Shares (“ADS”) representing its Class A ordinary shares. The Company intends to list the ADSs on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “TDCX”.

The number of ordinary shares to be represented by each ADS, the number of ADS to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC will serve as the joint bookrunners for the proposed offering.
