Citigroup Inc. has once again put off its decision on how to close its retail banking business in South Korea. Citibank Korea Inc. had originally planned to pick one of the three possible options – entire sale, partial sale or liquidation, by the end of this month, but opted not to table the scheme for review at its board meeting scheduled on Thursday. The bank has difficulty in narrowing differences on sale terms with potential buyers.
