Auto services provider Auto& Incorporation that spun off from Hyundai Motor Group after starting out as an in-house venture in 2008 is seeking to go public on the secondary Kosdaq. A total 12.46 million shares will be listed of which 20% will be set aside for IPO. Auto& has an after-market retail channel targeting vehicle management from component purchase and check to car wash. Hyundai Motor owns 11% and Kia 7 percent.
