A police officer escorted a mother and a child to a place where they could take shelter from the rain on Wednesday when there was a heavy shower in Seoul. The officer in the picture who helped the mother-child duo is Assistant Inspector Byun Young-woo with the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency, who saw them getting drenched when they were caught in a sudden shower without an umbrella.
