Korean lager beer Terra after splash at home is going global. Its maker Hite Jinro plans to ship the first batch of 1.2 million bottles of Terra to the U.S., Hong Kong and Singapore, the top three markets with high popularity of Korean liquor products. Terra will hit the shelves in Hong Kong this month, and then become available in the U.S. and Singapore at the end of June. Terra sales exceeded 1.65 billion bottles in Korea in two years after launch.
