“Media Strings,” a kinetic media art piece by Korean artist Jin-yo Mok, is now on view at Hyundai Motor Studio Busan. The work consists of wires, which have small LED lights on them. The wires move by a computer algorithm in time with string quartet music to create various forms and shadows. Hyundai Motor Studio Busan, a space for exhibiting the automaker's concept cars and brand promotion, opened last week in F1963 which is a factory turned cultural complex operated by KisWire Ltd. in the southern port city.
