epa09110595 (FILE) - A rider descends in the mist and rain from the Pyrenees during the 10th stage of the 103rd edition of the Tour de France cycling race over 197km between Escaldes-Engordany and Revel, France, 12 July 2016 (reissued on 01 April 2021). On 01 April 2021 the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) has enforced the ban relative to the so called 'Supertuck position'. The UCI regulations now reads: 'Riders must observe the standard position as defined by article 1.3.008. Sitting on the bicycle?s top tube is prohibited.
