South Korea reported 320 cases of COVID-19 on Nov. 24, indicating that the country may be seeing its third wave of the virus. Among the new cases, 133 were in Greater Seoul, where over half of the country’s population resides. In response, the Seoul Capital Area (SCA) will implement Level 2 social distancing measures, which went in effect on Nov. 24 and will last until Dec. 7 or until further notice.
