Malaysia and Goldman Sachs reach settlement over 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB)

US investment bank Goldman Sachs has agreed to a 3.9 billion US dollars settlement with the government over the multi-billion dollar 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) scandal.
