Agriculture Department launches 'Rice of the Masses' on Valentine's Day

The DA on Valentine's Day launched the sale of 'Bigas ng Masa' (Rice of the Masses), a move which aims to benefit consumers and farmers through a program wherein commercial-grade rice is supplied by farmer cooperatives and sold at affordable prices.
