Guerrilla members put one condition that is to deliver the corporal to his father and to the Colombian opposition member senator Piedad Cordoba but Colombian President Alvaro Uribe rejected the condition and has just authorized the participation of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and the Catholic Church.
