BTS has announced a world tour set to begin this spring. Spanning dozens of cities across Asia, Europe and North America, it's expected to be one of the largest concert tours in the global music scene this year.

BTS will embark on a world tour in April.

The group's agency on Wednesday unveiled the official poster for the BTS World Tour.

The tour will kick off on April 9 at Goyang Sports Complex and head to Asia, Europe and North America for a total of 79 shows in 34 cities.

It marks the largest number of performances by a K-pop artist in a single tour.

But the scale is likely to grow with more dates scheduled to be added for Japan and the Middle East.

It's been around 4 years since the last concert by the K-pop superstars dating all the way back to 2022.

BBC said that it's likely to be one of the biggest tours of the year, and that BTS stands to make more than one billion dollars from their mammoth comeback tour.
