AI company Anthropic is in discussions for a long-term lease for the entire building in San Francisco

Artificial intelligence company Anthropic is in talks to lease the 128,016-square-meter property. The company announced a partnership with Microsoft and NVIDIA on 18 November, committing to purchase 30 billion US dollars' worth of Azure compute capacity. As part of the partnership, NVIDIA and Microsoft are committing to invest up to 10 billion US dollars and 5 billion US dollars, respectively, in Anthropic, according to the companies. EPA/JOHN G.
