Shares of SAMG Entertainment jumped sharply on Friday morning after BLACKPINK member Lisa posted a photo featuring a Heartsping grip tok on her social media.

According to the Korea Exchange, SAMG Entertainment was trading at 64,100 won ($45.1), up 23.75 percent, as of 9:22 a.m., compared with the previous session’s close. The rally came as investors anticipated promotional benefits following Lisa’s Instagram story featuring the character Heartsping, from SAMG’s animation series Love’s Heartsping.

Lisa’s Instagram account boasts around 100 million followers, amplifying expectations for exposure-driven marketing impact.

Meanwhile, SK innovation shares were also gaining more than 5 percent in early trading on Friday, rising 5.38 percent to 131,200 won as of 9:10 a.m.

Analyst Hwang Kyu-won at Yuanta Securities said in a report that SK innovation is likely to post a strong earnings rebound in the third quarter, forecasting an operating profit of 440.7 billion won, turning from a 417.6 billion-won loss in the previous quarter and far exceeding the market consensus of 225.5 billion won.

The recent sharp rise in international oil prices may also boost inventory valuation gains in the refining segment, further improving investor sentiment.

On Thursday in New York, West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude for December delivery closed at $61.79 per barrel, up 5.6 percent, as sanctions on Russian oil producers tightened global supply concerns.

Shares of SAMG Entertainment finished at 62,200 won and SK innovation at 134,800 won.
