Workers dig out graves of German WWII soldiers for reburial in Nieden

The War Graves Commission (Volksbund Deutsche Kriegsgraeberfuersorge), a non-profit organization primarily funded by donations, takes care of German war gravesites and conducts searches for the remains of missing war dead.
