Relatives of people who went missing during wartime show photos in Jaffna

The United Nations Working Group on Enforced or Involuntary Disappearances states that Sri Lanka has the second-highest number of such cases in the world. Since the 1980s, between 60,000 and 100,000 people from all ethnic and religious groups are believed to have disappeared.
